2016 WANT LIST- PART ODIN

By Snob - 12:02 AM

With 2015 over and 2016 still being a whole new world, I thought it would be fun to post a small want list! I know I will add more to this as the year goes on, thus "part 1" is me planning ahead. I want this year to be less serious, more fun.

I want to preference this by saying I know the clear difference between a need and a want. So please don't flood my inbox with quotes about me being a "vapid materialistic cunt" (literal quote). We already know that, you're just wasting cellular data.

Louis Vuitton Monogram Blanket ($1,420.00)
I really like the idea of a statement blanket. Something that's a little more "look at me" than the rest of your furniture, but not too "focus on nothing else". And this blanket is pretty much perfect for that. It's also on the borderline of gauche and tacky, which is pretty much my aesthetic.
Louis Vuitton City Steamer in Red ($3,850.00)
Staying at Louis Vuitton for another minute, this bag caught my eye a few times in 2015. Originally the black version caught my eye. It still is if I'm being honest. But with a new year is supposed to come new ideas. "Change" is always the key word in anyone's resolution, and I'm not going to make myself the exception.. I would like to buy less black leather and start incorporating some "color" into my life. Black will always have a special place in my heart, almost 90% of my heart is in fact black, but maybe some "pizazz" wouldn't kill me. So with that being said, I'm loving this red version.
Hermes Ulysse GM ($320.00)
I've wanted a "quality" notebook for awhile now. I have the "vision" agenda, which is perfect for writing down little "you park like an asshole" or "everyone in New York hates you" notes. But I want something larger for 2016. A place to write down long form letters. To whom? I have no idea. I can't remember the last time I wrote an actual letter. But that's exactly why this is a "want list"!

Fendi Nylon Monster Face Tote ($1,200.00)

This bag has been on my radar for a LONG time. I originally HATED IT. I thought it was so stupid looking.. And then it grew on me. As much as admitting it to myself sucked, it had to be done. This was something I really wanted to own.. I've weighed the pro's and con's.
 Pro-
1-It's nylon, so it's ALL weather. It can get wet. I can put it on the ground and not worry. It only takes a little h2o and soap to clean this bitch off.
2- It's functional. The design isn't complex. There are ZERO bells and whistles (minus the large mouth) and is a great "throw around bag"
 3- It's not wildly expensive.

Con-
1- It's stupid. Please don't confuse my excitement over this bag as me pretending this is the ideal bag for everyday or everyone. If my lawyer ever carried this into the courtroom, I would have a fucking heart attack. So trust and believe me when I say this bag is "situational".
2- It's going to fade out.. Do I think I will be carrying this bag in 2020? Probably not. I've never really lived my life like that, but it's something to consider.

Pros Wins.

Fendi Black and Yellow "Grimmy" Bag Bug ($900.00)
As most of you know, I LOVE bag bugs. I think they're SO much fun, and can really pep up a boring look. Most of them are colorful and flashy. This one however is dark and kind of "scary". Which is perfect. I'm going to name him "jaundice" for obvious reasons.

So, like I said I'm SURE I will add more to this within the upcoming weeks. I'm always finding more and more. On a side note, I'm back on YouTube! And will be uploading some new videos soon :) if you haven't watched my "let's take a walk" video, I will link it here. Don't forget to subscribe. <3

Also, ask me questions! ANYTHING IS ALLOWED! I will be answering them in a youtube video!
